When I drive on uneven pavement with the radio off I can here the body flex in the doors. I sure this is normal cuz the suicide doors dont have a up right beam like the crew cab does. I talked to my my buddy that ownes a tundra and he said his doesn't do it. He could be lying cuz he hates my titan cuz its better than his tundra.
Anyone else notice this and does anyone know if its just the titan that does it. I wonder if all trucks with suicide doors do it.
I can only hear mine when the weather is moderate (50-60's) and humid. You can't see anything, but hear it faintly. Spray silicone on a rag and wipe the weatherstripping and it takes care of mine. Warmer or colder weather and I don't hear a sound. I had a 98 silverado with the 3rd door only. It flexed enough you could see it.
I just started noticing the flex noise. Sounds like the rubber door seals on the metal frame. I will try the silicone and let everyone know how it goes. FYI my truck has 2800 miles.

Just starte 2 days ago.....now 55.8°F
Just started in mine about 2 days ago.....first 5 minutes in the morning it is wiggly....and sounds like it is around the door moldings. The door moldings are clean as a whistle.....so I will wait and see when the temps. drop if it goes away. 4,800 miles now. Parallele 45 Cotes Rhone

More info/questions: My truck has a bad problem with wind noise from 20 to 60 MPH (then road noise overtakes the wind). Maybe the door(s) are not adjusted to close properly and that is making them squeek on the seals and let wind in. What do you think. BTW my dealer says the wind noise is normal with the big mirrors.
My cab/chassis of my Titan seems much stiffer than my '99 Silverado, and about on par with my '01 Silverado 2500HD which was also very stiff.
If you notice a squeak that you think is cab flex, I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss the guy who posted about tightening the cab to chassis bolts, or assume it's in the suicide doors.
The cab/chassis bolts are *prime* source of body/flex squeaks. I don't know about putting Loctite on them, in fact I would not. But it's a good idea to just put a socket wrench on them and torque on them. If you hear the squeak, take it to the dealer and have them replace the whole pad and bolt. Sometimes people will coat the threads with Never-Seize.
But basically what you've got, is a bolt that extends through a rubber pad, than secures the cab to the frame. The squeak is as likely to be in the rubber pad as the bolt. You may be able to drench it it silicone spray.
Again, the King Cab is STIFF, not flexy. Checking the cab to frame bolts is a very good idea.

One other thing...squeaky leaf spring shackles can be mistaken for cab flex. You can drench 'em in WD40, but this one always comes back. Don't be tempted to use an oily lubricant though, that area attracts too much dirt. Maybe a dry lube with Moly would work.

well if you use the blue loctite it will break off with regular tools...might need a little extra umph in your loosen'in if you ever have to take em off but nissan does already put it on from factory and it comes out pretty easily

Mine makes the noise at idle speed in the morning before I drive down the steep hill..so I don't think it is the body flexing. Sounds like it is inside of the cab.around the doors..tight wiggle sounds???????Goes away in 5-10 minutes driving.....and just started a couple of days ago???? Any ideas?????

11k here, solid as a rock.
I have beaten the crap out of my truck off-road and never heard any flexing coming from the doors.
I have been always been amazed at how RIGID the chassis/frame is. If you watch the side view mirror concentrating on the bedside, the bed doesn't move at all relative to the cab over very rough terrain. The same canNOT be said for the Chevy 1500 or older F150 (weak frame) where you could literally watch the side mirrors and witness the frame flexing and bed moving independent of the cab.
The only flexing sound I hear is from the rear suspension bushings creaking. I think its just a lube problem in the polyurethane.
I wouldn't worry about it. As much CRAP is bolted to this thing and that thing and the thing assembly is bolted to that with a rubber this..........its a wonder all vehicles don't squeek. Mine does it. If you hit the angles right, you will see your bed raise almost to the rear window if the frame allows it. Thats the way they are designed. If that thing was rigid, you would be an unhappy and shaken up driver. Look at a big rig when he takes off from a light, you think his rig squeeks a little? I bet it does... :P
