Anybody try taking out the in cabin microfilters to see if it improves the flow rate?
I don't think it will help because I have an XE CC, which doesn't have the microfilter, and I have the same airflow problem during cold weather. The blowers kick butt in these trucks, IMO, but it does seems as though the D/S, floor duct (possibly P/S too) is undersized, although I haven't actually looked at it.

Hi RockyMtnTitan......The difference is day and night with the filters........only thing they are not activated carbon as the 04 and 05 Titan accessories brochures say they are???? and overpriced for paper only........but still way better than nothing. Peace-Tom Bass Ale

Even though our trucks don't come from the factory with the filter installed the box is there for a filter. The second page of this thread shows how to do it. Microfilter- King Cab
You should post this mod for everyone to see. If you don't want to do that, just send them to me.

Well, that's what I get for trusting what Nissan told me!!
So what is the filter media used? I can have my filter supply company I use at work custom make a box of these for the price Nissan wants. I wonder how many microns they're rated for.....anyone know?
