thanks guys, this is what i was expecting to hear. people are adding/changing out of necessity (step rails, bug deflector, tonneau) or personality (wheels, lift, exhaust). i would love to get an exhaust but the penny pincher in me says wait till i need one. the same goes w/ tires. speaking of tires, are you guys rotating front to back-back to front? just wondering. peace.

Manual says front to back - back to front every 7000 miles. Also, some tires have too much air pressure in them from the factory, so check them just in case. Recommended pressures are written on the driver's door label.

yep, thats what i did. except i didnt do it until 8500 (whoops). also, what size are the lugs. they seem to be metric because the 13/16 socket for my buddies impact wrench was just a little loose. i know what you're thinking, i only used it to take them off.

Atta-boy Squid!!

Lots of reasons come to mind, it's a leap beyond just changing your own oil, or rotating your own tires. Or how about it's kind of like a signature, no 2 are really the same, so we want others to recognize our trucks as being our Titan's and not just, "Oh look, there's one of them thar Titans." That and it is EXTREMELY cost prohibitive when it comes to paying labor charges if you do it yourself, just like Squid said.

That and pushing the market for mods gives Nissan the opportunity to make our trucks better for future Titan owners because they will find new ways to tweak and enhance the performance of an already impressive full size truck. So, in a way all of those Titan owners out there are doing the Nissan engineers' work for them.

Rotate in the spare tire while you are at it. It will earn you possibly another 8k miles if you do so...
