Cool Exhaust and intake warrenty concerns

I just bought a 05Titan cc LE, man is this truck fast I never thought Nissan could build such a great truck. My question to the forum is I want to put dual exhaust and cold air intake on the truck. My concern is if I was to do this would my warrenty be voided.I also wanted to ask everyone which Exhaust and intake mods would be the best for this truck. All input appreciated.

Thanks to all

In order for them to void the warranty, nissan has to prove that your mod has caused the problem. and even then, it only voids certain parts of the warranty. not the whole thing.
