Titan in snow fall

Hey guys got my first big snow fall here since getting my Titan...boy did this thing rock in the snow...I was very impressed...I was completly blocked in with snow from all the plows and i just threw it into 4x4 High and it got out with no problem...The same to get back into a spot with a good 2 feet of snow... I was enjoying driving the best truck on the road...I am completly impressed...here are a few pics

I had a 4 foot bank plowed in front of my driveway yesterday morning so I just pulled out of the garage, put it into 4x4, rolled forward a few feet to engage it and then drove backwards over/through the bank.

The rear bumper took out most of the pile and then I simply drove over the remainder. I did this a few dozen times to break the bank down enough for my wife to get her Neon out after I cleared her a path with the snow blower.

Unfortunately the snow blower I have isn't strong enough to handle the compacted snow I created so I will have to wait until later this week for it to warm up and melt away.

I was also very impressed with the performance of this truck in snow. I was out driving around for like 4 hours before the roads were plowed in NJ

What a horse

I'm getting just a little bit envious of you guys with all the snow. We haven't had a decent snowfall in East Tn. in years. Luckily we just live about an hour from the Smokie Mts. so snow is never very far away. Still I wish we would get one good snow before spring.

i drove 1.5 hrs to a friends on friday night, got up saturday morn to about 8" of snowfall, drove 2 hrs to cleveland in the storm, then back. Had no troubles, 2wd most of the way on snow covered roads. only had to use 4wd to get a good start from the stoplights. was very impressed with the handling, lane changing ability in the snow. it don't seem like the rear end locks up very well though, mostly one tire fire all the time. only troubles was the darn freezing door handles!!!!

My crew cab(more wieght on rear tires) even did pretty good in two wheel drive with 12 inches of snow here in central Jersey. 4x4 took all the fun out of driving in snow.

Uh Roy? Looks like we are getting more starting tomorrow night. Forecasts have Central IL in for freezing rain, sleet, snow and then snow Saturday through Monday as of today. So, that probably means you will be getting tons of fun up there, too!!
