passenger seat problem

hey guys!
i was wondering, has anyone else had a problem with the passenger side chair cushion separating from the seat? I've got an SE-CC. i noticed it the other day when i was cleaning out some stuff under the seats. one section is completely separated, and i cut myself on a piece of metal *doh*. i was wondering if something like this would be covered under the warranty.

That should be covered under warranty. Unless they can show that you

somehow tore it away it should be covered. I'd take it back.
