I voted have had problems.

On our 2004 we had a total of 6 different issues.

On our 2005 only the Judder and we are waiting for Nissans fix Mar/April.

Do we love them...more than yes is the answer...we have put a total of 39k miles on them combined since Jan last year.

i really don't feel right answering this because I know I'll get jinxed. lol but so far in the 2 weeks we've had our '04, the only problem we've had is the rust spots appearing on the front driver's side fender neer the hood.

Little flecks? Rail yard dust most likely or atmospheric fallout or brake dust or lots of really small trolls pooping on it...clay bar kit will lift those spots right out and smooth out the finish no problem. Had the same thing on my Silver K/C. I thought maybe my Titan had chicken pox! I have never had a light colored vehicle like this before and it is common on any lighter colored vehicle that is transported by rail apparently. At least, according to my dealer and Titantalk.com members here. Clay bar kit fixed it right up, that's for sure!!

yeah i searched and posted on another thread about that. but I live nowhere neer anything to give that fallout. My family has had white cars before and I have friends with white cars but none of them have it. maybe the truck came with them but we didn't notice. the truck came from about 30 miles from one dealer to another and it's an 04 so it wouldn't have been transported for a while. did the claybar help?

Thumbs down Still too many problems for any new vehicle!!!

Hi ya'll......going in next week for new tranny, new tie rod ends, new mirror-not dimming, broken plastic molding...and many other issues. In three months this will be shop visit #6.........way too too much for any vehicle. I like the concepts the Titan offers but have not seen all systems working at one time yet on mine in three months. I would not call my experience bad-luck as too many others have had the same problems. It is unfortunate I bought in 04 verses 05 but I will try to stick with correcting my 04........then most likely bailing to an 05...........then most likely an 06.........and my end goal is a hybrid.....4 x 4 Titan or whoever can make one........I won't mind getting a first year hybrid 4 x 4 truck if the warranty is solid. Oh......I love the ride and power and even the looks of my Titan. MPG's haven't been bad considering all. With use the Titan really grows on me which I never had with any other vehicle. I would not want any other family members to go through the constant system failures my Titan has had. I hope NISSAN gets the bugs worked out quick. I highly recommend an extended warranty as the standard one is way too short. Very glad to know some Titans are trouble-free........gives me hope for NISSAN and the Titan!!!
Peace-Tom Your Choice

I've had some minor issues, but nothing that should prevent someone from buying the truck. So I voted no problems. The problems I've had include a cracked overhead console (fixed), the window switch problem (waiting on parts), differential fluid leaking around the bolts (fixed, and nothing to do with Nissan), and some new rattles (waiting to take to dealer). I just wait to get things fixed while at the dealer for oil changes anyway, so it hasn't been inconvenient. I feel all these are minor and all will be in order well before the warranty runs out. About 8,000 miles so far.

I voted yes, but I want to make sure you know that they are minor problems in my book. I have around 7700 miles and have owned it since May.
1. Brake judder once
2. Drivers seat cover came apart in the back.
3. A/C drain slightly leaking in passengers floor board.
4. Seat belt recall.
As of right now I would buy this truck again in a heart beat. We will see how the drive train holds up. I suspect it will last a life time.

I already polled this.

I already created a more detailed poll than this, which has nearly 200 responses, including one as recent as 1/18/05. Heck, I'll even bump it back on top in case you haven't seen it.

I have never said this before, but the <SEARCH> button is your friend.

Yes sir!! It lifted the little flecks right out and smoothed the surface out no problem. Even if your truck had sat on the lots for months it would still have them, I just think that these particles are from railcars or something and maybe a good rain or two (snow possibly) causes them to become exposed or more noticeable, I didn't notice mine until I had been driving my truck for about a month. Have a good one!!
