hood light

Does anyone owning a 2005 have a hood light from the factory. I don't, however, I recently read another forum in which someones did come with one.

My '04 doesn't have one, either... if you find out where to get one, I'll get in line behind you! It's DARK out there this time of year when I'm checking oil...

This is the only truck I have ever owned that did not have a hood light. Very strange that Nissan feels they are not needed.

If it's true he has a hood light on his 05 then I'll have to update my list.

1.) No coin holder

2.) No velcro

3.) No pocket on back of seat.

4.) No gift for returning Survey

5.) No hood light.

Anything else?(Dammit!)

I got the GM reel light and mounted it to the plastic box surrounding the battery. I used some black plastic license plate bolt & nuts through the mounting holes in the light.

Most hood lights are not bright enough anyway to actually see everything in the engine. I carry one of those lamps that connect to the battery w/clamps and has a hook on it to hang works great and way brighter then a hood lamp and of course you can hold it in one hand and move it around and close up to things you want to see better.
