2004 dashboard question
When Im sitting behind the wheel of my 2004 XE and give a slow straight arm push to the front of the dash above the instruments, there is substantial give and compression within the dash structure.
I have tried this on a 2005 and the dash was rock solid. Is this a non-feature of other 2004's or just mine? |

Its designed that way, in case the airbags don't deploy and your head goes through the steering wheel, it will have something to absorb the impact.
