Dirty Guages

I've noticed how I have smudge marks on the inside of the clear gauge face plate. How hard is it to remove without damaging anything. I would like to pull it off to clean the inside. It's not that bad untill the sun hits it just right and I looks dirty inside the plastic face.

i havent looked to hard because it wouldl drive me crazy untill i got a chance to fix it. may be a little off topic but i did notice a smudge mark on the inside of my new watch and its aggervating the hell outa me.
