How Do I Remove the Door Panel??

Hello: I broke the drivers side mirror (outside mirror) backing out of the garage the other day. I've purchased a replacement ($235!!), but want to install it myself. I need to remove the drivers door panel to get to the wiring (electric window on an LE). I haven't found a Haynes or Chilton manual yet, so does anyone know how to remove the door panel??

I've removed the two screws under the armrest door pull (hidden under that grey trim piece). I've also removed the screw under\behind the door handle. But, the panel is still firmly on.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Those instructions worked like a charm. I did break one trim piece, but a small one, so it shouldn't cost too much. I was able to install my outside mirror with little trouble once the door panel was loose. I didn't take it all the way off, but just off enough to reach the parts I needed.

The interior plastic is VERY easy to dent and scratch, so I had to be very carefull. Also...plastic is brittle when it's about 20 degrees outside!

Thanks again for your help.
