It seems only yesterday, my Titan was a toddler. Now that it has learned to walk (and RUN!) it was due for 3500 mile oil change et all. I mentioned to the service manager that my steering wheel was showing some vibration at rather hard braking points (like when you have to stand on it, cuz its so exhilirating to floor the sucker!) and he reflexively suggested I get the brake reapir/fixit/TSB/recall which I made an appointment to do. Other than that, I have nothing negative to report. WEll maybe one thing. THe flippin' technician would not fill up the anti-freeze/windshield fluid reservoir which was on empty due to some heavy duty winter driving conditions I recently experienced. That really chapped my ***. What's up NIssan?? Fill the damn thing up alreadY!
So I'm going back in for the brake thingy and I am also going to have them check the differential fluid. After hearing all the nasty junk that could be in there, I am going to have them check it. I guessed yall figgered out I am NOT a 'doitcherselfer'!
No complaints, really though. THe Titan's a tough SOB. Hauled a 20' boat over a 5 hour period, and as some have stated on here, "it felt like like it wasn't even there". And thats true. WE were hauling over mountains and that sucker was just pulling and wouldn't stop. BTW- the rig we were pulling was under the 2500 lb mark, for all you brake maniacs. This rant is over. See you on the road!
