how do I get front bumper off?

Hi there,

Please, could someone send me a page out of the service manual on how to take off and replace the front bumper? I put a large, shallow, dent in mine, and I am hoping to be able to pound it out.

If it's just the plastic portion, just use a heat gun..BE CAREFUL!!
