10k?! jeez...they have to be pure blue! I had the 8k on the wifes Quest but had to exchange it for a 6k kit. Was much better but most stock Nissan and Japanese kits in general are 5300k. Nice and white. Just look on Ebay and key in 9006 HID KIT.

www.xenondepot.com
www.hid-online.com

Dont go above 6K, your vis in the rain wont be as good. Stick to 4100 - 6000K
Go for hella or Philips ballasts with philips bulbs.

Actually the higher the heat of the blub the further from blue it gets example:

4300K = blue tint, lots of light
6500K = purple tint, little less light

and so on and soon the higher you go the whiter the light but less output

I knew that going into it. My bulbs are a purple/white. I knew the higher the Kelvin temp, the less light output...But also remember even the 10000k is still 200% brighter than the stock lighting. So I got the color I wanted and, they are sooo bright.

This is wrong.

4300K is what is pretty much "pure daylight"
6000K is blue
7000K - 12000K continues getting more and more blue. Also, they put the same amount of lumens out, it's just that blue light will scatter more.

Audi, BMW, Lexus, etc all use 4100 - 4300K and they are PURE white. The coloring you see is due to the lenses and the covers, NOT the bulb.

Trikky is correct. I've had a few different ones as I mentioned. Click on one of those sites he posted. It tells you what to expect.

The 5300k is white
6000k has a bluish tint. higher and they get bluer until purple creeps in. But if you like the bluer or purpler (is purpler a word?) look, go higher.

At about 9000 the purple starts to come in and the blue starts to fade out.

Keep in mind that as of January first it is illegal to retrofit HID's onto a vehicle that didn't come with them.

Not technically true. You can't put HIDs in a housing meant for Halogen bulbs. But you can do a proper retrofit using properly designed reflector housings. Unfortunately, there aren't many made for Nissans and no police officer is going to bother you unless you're in a fart tipped Honda with really bright HIDs...lol
We have them in the wifes 04 Quest and wouldn't be without them. I did, however, properly re-aim them so they don't blind oncoming drivers and love that they use much less power and burn at almost half the heat than the Halogens. I'm sold on em'.
I'm not sure I'd put them in the Titan because the truck sits so high and bothers oncoming drivers as it is.
