I've heard of the JBA headers but those aren't the full headers you would expect. I was just waiting to see if any company would produce some headers that would do the full modification.

If you have ever seen the stock exhaust, you will notice that what Nissan gives us is real close to JBAs. They are closer to a short set of tuned headers, then they are a manifold!

Here is the link to JBA

http://www.jbaheaders.com/04titannew.asp

This is the dyno numbers link.

http://www.jbaheaders.com/images/dyno/04titan_dyno.jpg

And here is their claim.

When Four Wheeler Magazine named the 04 Nissan Titan "Pick-up Truck of the Year" it got the attention of every truck enthusiast. This new contender brings a high level of performance, style and many "firsts" to the highly competitive full-size truck market. JBA was ready to take the Titan to a new high with the first after-market smog legal headers and exhaust systems. How does an extra 23 hp and 17 ft.lbs. of torque sound? Want more? JBA's set-up will give you as much as 26 hp and 40+ ft.lbs of torque in the mid-range. That's enough power to get you to the top of the hill first with plenty of power in reserve. With the all that power on tap, you don't need to work the engine as hard - giving you some extra mileage.
