Interior wiring advice/suggestions/help please...

Thanks in advance...

I'd love to hard-wire the power plug for my XM Roady to the wires feeding the power outlet for the back seat that's on the back lower portion of the center console. I currently plug the Roady into this jack but would like to free it up for other stuff on occasion.

Does anyone know how to get that panel on the back of the center console (Crew Cab) off? Or at least some way to get access to it's supply wires?

Thanks to all who offer their ideas!

Talking console tip

I just rewired my aftermarket dvd player that I installed in the center console. What I did was: open the center console lid, remove the rubber lid stopper that hides two 5.5 mm bolts and remove said bolts. The floor cover inside the console is removable and just remove the screws and/or bolts from the bottom once the cover is removed ,exposing said screws. Once all hardware is removed you can lift the console by the lid and tada! You can access the power outlet no worries!

hope this helps
cheers
