Arrow IT'S BACK - New-Nissans.com's GREAT offer on Nissan Security Plus Warranties!

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!

OK - Gals and Guys, there were so many wanting our warranties and so little time for me to handle and process them that I could not keep up as I have both a website to administer as well as a new car sales department to run. So I had to discontinue offering them. But I found a solution; first the bad news - We have raised our prices by $25, and the GREAT news; we now have a dedicated warranty processing manager to assist all of you with your requests.

No additional fees will be applied other than what is listed here below!

The following information should answer most all questions…

PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY AS MOST OF THE QUESTIONS ASKED IN THE PAST HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED HERE WITHIN-

2004/05 Nissan Titan; 60 Months 100,000 Mile Gold Preferred… $50 Ded/$1002
2004/05 Nissan Titan; 72 Months 100,000 Mile Gold Preferred… $50 Ded/$1287
2004/05 Nissan Titan: 84 Months 100,000 Mile Gold Preferred… $50 Ded/$1540

2004/05 Nissan Titan; 60 Months 100,000 Mile Gold Preferred… $0 Ded/$1225
2004/05 Nissan Titan; 72 Months 100,000 Mile Gold Preferred… $0 Ded/$1571
2004/05 Nissan Titan: 84 Months 100,000 Mile Gold Preferred… $0 Ded/$1897

Those prices are good for Titans less than 12 months of age and with less than 12k miles. There is a $75 surcharge for over it up to 3 years from in service date or 36k miles, prices not valid after that.

All of the above warranty coverage’s are exclusionary warranties from Nissan USA, which means; all parts and labor are covered except for regular maintenance items (items that wear and tear i.e. Brake Pads, Windshield Wipers, etc.). Nissan will provide you with a VERY small list of items which aren’t covered. This is a Nissan advantage as most warranties provide customers with a VERY long list of items that are covered leaving out many unknown items that aren’t covered. Nissan makes it simpler to understand, straight forward, leaving any mystery out of the warranty. Now, another advantage with Nissan’s warranty is it also covers belts and hoses, which are normally classified as maintenance items that wear and tear with time. Nissan also includes Free Road Side Assistance. Yet another advantage with Nissan’s warranty is all parts that need to be replaced are replaced by Genuine Nissan parts-not inferior (cheep) substitutes. Plus Nissan gives you the convenience of no payment hassles because the dealer is paid directly by Nissan (NO Customer Paperwork required).

This thread that I have posted got me to thinking about Chris (CaliforniaTitan); He purchased two warranties from us - each time I spoke with him over the phone. He seemed as sincere of a man over the phone as he appears to be in over 2000 of his posts over the past year. He sent me quite a bit of business and always had kind words of support for our program. I had to look back at some of the many kind posts he placed in support of our efforts here in TitanTalk. I actually have PMs still in my inbox from him. I haven't really known many people who have passed on other than all of my grandparents; call me lucky thus far as I'm somewhat of a weak individual when it comes to things like this.

I'm a little sentimental so I had to post these comments from Chris as I still just can't believe it - I was actually up watching some of the threads he was participating in during his last late night (early morning) here on TitanTalk. So I got to reading some of his most recent posts and I ran across some posts, once again him referring members to us and it's very sad when I read through his past 2-3 weeks - reading his comments, thoughts, advise and the many nice things he had to say to everyone. It's always a reminder of our mortality and of how quickly things can forever change and therefore how precious life really is.

Thanks for all of your support Chris.

OK - Had to make another adjustment. For now these prices are good. I do want to forewarn everyone though, our dealer costs have been the same for more than a year now and Nissan last year had already updated their costs - not yet in 2005. So an announcement of 2005 Nissan Security Plus Warranties price increase, could come at anytime, we just don't have anyway of knowing when they will make the change. For now though - these prices are good & GREAT!

A question regarding these warranties..........

Just spoke with a local dealer in Florida yesteday and he stated that warrantis may not be transfered from state to state.

Am I able to purchase a warrantee from you and it be valid here in Florida ?

What entity is underwriting this warranty? is this a third party warranty? or an actual factory authorized warranty? With the recent collapse of a major auto warranty underwriter with offices in my city, I'm concerned about the back-up of any third party warranty.

If you read the offering post these warranties are the Nissan Security Plus Gold Preferred warranty. They are exactly what the dealer offers you. The one difference is the dealer won't give them to you for this price.
From my dealers defintion these prices are only about $50 over cost, give or take a few pennies.
The dealer who says anything about it not being honored in this state or that state is just trying to make sure you buy it from him only.

It is a Nissan Security Plus Warranty and as such they are valid in all States! In Florida too; just to be clear. Your local Nissan Dealer must have thought you were talking about something other than the Security Plus.

Or - I can't imagine it, but maybe he is new to Nissan or the F&I (Finance & Insurance), the guys who do the paperwork and offer the plethora of other stuff just when you thought you had spent your load.

Hey guys, I really don't mind answering your questions and addressing your concerns, but I'm beginning to think that some of you aren't reading my entire post and visiting Nissan's official website to learn more about these warranties. That would be the best way to resolve any questions, concerns or for just plain curiousity sake.

I think I have the answer to this question but just want to make sure.

The extended warranty (60/100, 72/100, 84/100) is total from the day the vehicle is put into service and not the day when you bought the vehicle - is that correct?

For example, if I bought my Titan as a used vehicle with 1000 miles and it was first put in service in October 2004, then the extended warranty (60/100) coverage begins 60 months and 100k miles from October 2004. The 3 yrs - 36k miles factory bumper to bumper coverage is overlapped with the extended warranty.

Is this correct?

So, for the following plan: 2004/05 Nissan Titan: 84 Months 100,000 Mile Gold Preferred… $50 Ded/$1540, I'd be looking at paying $1540 for coverage of an additional 48 months and 64k miles?
