Mossy Performance Fog Lamps

I just received my fog lamps from Mossy and I thought I'd let you all know how well it went. There were no problems with the order and the lights work awesome. It took me about 20 minutes to install them and they worked perfectly the first time.

Greg from Mossy answered all my questions (short but sweet) and the package came complete and properly covered in bubble wrap. I feel confident recommending these guys to all the Titantalk bretheren

Now if I could just get the time to get my boxliner installed.

rcflier_97, I don't have any pics but I guess I could take some. They look exactly like the factory lights. In fact, I believe they are factory Nissan parts. Either way, they look exactly the same.

They plugged directly into the factory wiring harness that is taped in behind the bumper. It came with the new signal stalk that has the setting to turn on the lights or not (they only come on with low beam). You have to indicate whether you have auto lights or not when ordering in order to get the correct stalk. No need to do your own wiring. It all looks completely factory.

The lights were 168 U$. I live in Canada so the shipping charges were extra (I think), plus I had brokerage charges. If you live in the States, you won't have to worry about the border hassles. It sure makes the price add up but in the end, it was about $50 cheaper than my stealer wanted. They claim they were offerring their 'cost' as well. Ya right!!!

You're not demanding, just inquisitive. Believe me, if you want the fog lights, you can't go wrong with this setup.

I ordered a set, and was so upset when my order was cancelled! Apparently 2WD SEs do not have the harness preinstalled. I have to wait until they offer a kit with the wiring harnesses =( Boo!

That's too bad RedHotTitan. I wonder why Nissan wouldn't include the harness on a 2 wheel drive version of the same truck?!?

This is what I have right behing my wheel well cover taped to something else. It is the only harness not being used at it is a close distance to the fog light hole. I plan on buying my fog lights real soon and thought this was the harness for them

Edit: heres a better pic

Do you have a 4WD or Crew? I think the 2WD SE crews have the harness. My fiance received the call from Courtesy, I'll check with him and see exactly what they said.

Are there any aftermarket fogs that come with the harness and look OEM?

I have a 2WD KC SE (2004) and have the harness for the fogs. Odd that you were told that the SE's don't have it. I understood it as that the XE KC did not have the harness but the XE CC did.

Yep, 04 has it, but 05 does not. That is why it's so infuriating! What a stupid thing to change...watch them sell the harness and fog assembly sets for $499 or so
