I have 45,000 on my 2004 Titan now and had the full replacement fix done at around 35,000. My wife has been driving the truck pretty much the last 5,000 miles. I got in it last week and the lovely judder is back. Unbelievable...

so i was told, bottom line, that nissan still hasnt fixed the brake problem, and until they do, i can get my brakes fixed for free, over and over again, is this true?
i had it fixed twice, the last time being in june, and i need them fixed again
*i work out of my truck now :-(
Brakes? fixed for real this time or not?? gotta get brakes fixed... sadly my baby is a work truck right now, and we need the brakes fixed again... free???
Why am i being told that since i had the brake fix done at 8k that now at 20k (brake judder is back) that i have to pay for my brake pads - $160

Most dealerships are now getting a surplus of the new part#'s. You should see these parts becoming more available. The larger the dealership the better your chances are. The most important parts are the rotors(40206-ZC01A), used with the front brake pads(41060-ZC025) and the rear pads(44060-ZC025). There will be some cases where they will have to replace the torque members(41014-ZC025) also. These come in a kit where both sides can be done with one kit. Most everyone should be getting caught up or getting close to having the final repair done to their Titans.
My brakes were fixed yesterday by Superior Nissan of Puente Hills in CA but the part numbers for front rotors and front pads were different on my invoice. This is what I got:
Rotors - 40206-ZC00A
Front Pads - 41060-ZC027
Rear Pads - 44060-ZC025
Torque Member - 41014-ZC025
Bolt - 41005-7S000
Are we talking about the same rotors and pads? Why are the part numbers different? Does anyone know? Thanks for your help.
Just got my 04 Titan SE. Has 53 K on it and a few things are hapening. The "slip" light stays on and it won't go into 4 wheel drive. The indicator flashes continuously. When I push the differential lock button the indicator just flashes . Any suggestions? trerea@hotmail.com
