Best Service Department in Houston TX?

I am a new Titan owner and was wondering which dealership in Houston, TX has the best service department? I live on the north side of Houston, but do not mind a drive if I can get good service.

To me it’s always about the service when you buy a new car. That is why I have left Chevy and Ford. They would never treat me right after the purchase. I think we pay way too much for these trucks to not be treated better.

Re: Best Service Department in Houston TX?

Ah the courting of the service rep is an important facet of Titan Ownership.

Nissan pushes issue management down the line to the consumer and the service dept via TSBs rather than recalls. This makes your relationship with the service manager mission critical!

Saw a bunch of Titans out Sugarland way, perhaps a service dept there is good?

You are correct Sir!....by shmoozing the service writer you can cut through alot of crap. Get to know him on a first name bases and proper treatment will come easier. There's no shame to outright buttsmooching when it comes to your sweet, sweet truck.

I have used Baker Jackson North and have had good experience with them. Of course they still aren't as good as Douglass Nissan in College Station...now that is an excellent service department.

Sugar Land would be Sterling McCall Nissan, not very good place for service.
I would avoid Tom Peac0ck Nissan also. I have heard nothing but good things about Champion out in Katy, I'll try them next.

Zack Martinez at Mossy Nissan on I10 and Dairy Ashford is excellent.

I'll be your huckleberry, welcome to the fold of proud ownership. I got mine from Streater-Smith in Conroe. Take the Gladsdell exit when you are heading north right after the south 336 loop. Ask for Mike. He has been very patient with me when I show up with the TSB's before he has them. They do great work, and he will be as anal retentive about out-sourced work on your truck as you are. He is one of if not the best SM I have ever had to work with.

Re: Best Service Department in Houston TX?

Thanks Guys,
I have had the truck now for 2 weeks, and love it. I just put a portable DVD system in for the kids, and plugged into the Aux in. (I have the fosgate system) WOW it was like being in a theater. Anyways, I appreciate all of the suggestions; I look forward to many happy hours on this site. LOL.

Thanks,
Craig

I've used Gillman in Roseburg...They're OK, but do require guidance on some things.
