Weatherflectors installation

I'm posting this here as I know it will be read more than anywhere else.
Today I received my Mc Neil Weatherflectors from Fed Ex. They make a great product and I've owned more than a dozen sets over the years and they fit no problem. They are nice looking too.
With the front windows in the Titan, they absolutely would not go in unless I trimmed 3/8 off the far edge away from the mirror. I scored the plastic, snapped it with pliers and then sanded it to look as if I never touched it. After doing that I coaxed them into place and they fit perfectly. Had I not done this there wasn't anywhere for the excess plastic to go.
My real purpose of this post is, I called them to tell them of my issues and was told "we've sold just over 1000 sets and have never got a complaint". My answer was I got them to fit and chose to call. I could just as easily not called and they never would be informed. Anyone in here install this brand and have trouble getting them in relatively easy?
Sounds like a typical car service department. "We've never heard of this problem" Then we bring in an internet list of 200 people who have heard of "this problem"
Well, now I feel better. Thanks for listening.

Clint

Received mine last week and the installation went like butter. See Here. Perhaps your set were the wrong ones with a Titan label or simply just manufactured incorrectly.

Anyhow you got them to fit correctly, that's what matters.

Have a good one.

Mine went in without too much difficulty. However, on the wife's old '01 Impala one of the back window flectors flew off with the window open going down to Delaware.
Just took the other one off since we were in the process of getting rid of that piece of crapola anyway. Only once had a tiny chip break off one of the ends trying to install it on my previous '00 Silverado truck. I've had them on at least my last 3-4 trucks and use them on the wife's vehicle also.

I ordered both the front and rear weatherflectors. The front pair installed without difficulty, as has been the case with previous sets I have purchased and installed. The rear set, because the windows do not open, are "stick ons." I installed them as per the instructions, using the alcohol swipes, etc. Within two weeks, one of them blew off in the wind. I removed the other one without any difficulty, as it was not sticking very well, either. In short, it seems like WeatherTech needs to improve the quality of their two-sided tape on the rear set.
