I changed my rear diff fluid to synthetic during the time many on this board was HYPING about the dangers of the 2004 oils and how pathetic it was compared to the 2005's. Anyways, after switching the fluid, the diff got a little dirtier near the bottom of the rear diff. and it pretty much stayed the same ever since then. I would probably find myself changing the seal and casing to the 05 size in the near future. I'm at 41k miles now.
