Cool Honda Dealership visit

I went to the Honda dealership in my town today had some business to take care of while I was there. I pull up to the service dept and the service techs came out of the wood works. They were drooling over my truck, guys were looking inside the truck others were underneath the mighty Titan.

The sales guys came running over to take a look as well. They were asking me all kinds of questions. I told them that this is a real truck not like that ridgeline in the showroom. One guy leans over to another guy and says this
is the way the japanese need to build their trucks.

I finally had to shoo everyone away so I could leave ,as I was leaving I had to smoke the tires a little to show them what a real truck can do. Brake judder and all this still is an awesome truck!

Maybe I am doing something wrong but I cannot get my tires to spin on dry pavement. Anyone else have this problem? Not that I normally would do that but sometimes It would be fun.

Most of the time they won't if you're taking off straight. If you're turning they usually will. When I had the oil changed this last time they dropped the pressure in my tires by about 3 lbs each and now mine squeal much less easily. The ride is smoother though from just about 3 lbs each. I was surprised at the difference.

goathead, I love that picture of your titan. Thats almost exactly what i'm ordering. I was going to get the SE 4x4-OR,BT,Utili-Trak, but i figured i'd save up some more and go with the LE 4x4-OR, BT.....but then i got screwed, cause on the 05 you have to get either navi or dvd, so i'm saving up even more to get the navi now.

But that smoke, it is lovely!

btw, the ridgeline i saw, was a REALLLLL odd pale green, something color.....i'm not even going to waste my time finding it on honda.com hahaha

I personally don't like the Ridgeline but I'd still be willing to bet that after a year or two you'll see them on the road all the time. Honda just has too loyal a following for it to not work out for them.
