Baja 500

They DNF because of lower arm broke.

Man, that thing looks like it's been "rode hard and put up wet." Back to the drawing board I guess. Always next year.

I tought they did not qualify because of the brake judder and radio signal fading...

Those tires are BFG Bajas in 35x12.5r17, its a special tire that most trucks and cars from the baja race use, its a very hard tire not recommended for daily driving because is very stiff to handle the big hits during this races...

how much taller then ours is that to fit 35's on the stock rims? Looks just like my red alert king cab with off road package

Its the same heght as a 4x with the 2" leveling kit. I will be going by the shop tomorrw to take a close look. The truck will be ready in to race again in a few weeks. It looks as though they will be racing a Frontier in 7s next year as well as the Titan in stock full. I hope to get some build time on it, as i will be bringing it to my shop next week. woohoo.

Heh Katsu, where did you mount your FM radio? I still need to figure out where I want to put mine...Had a great spot on my Ranger, used to work check points & road crossing for some MDR races.

Looks like they have the exhaust exiting out of the bed side just forward of the right rear wheel well. I guess that's for ground clearance.
