? anyone knwo where to get the new 05 window replacment yet?

I know it wont be power since it seesm that there is some sort of mechanism now on the back wall

but I like the look of the larger middle window so I want to replace mine

i dont believe it is possible to replace the rear window for a power window...do a search there have been topics on this

rear window

I herd it can be done. Its the same window dimensions...If nissan can't do it with a replacement call MTV to get your ride pimped!

I'm sure it's possible. Pre-preduction Titans had that rear window. Look back at the original magazine tests, you'll see the big window. They probably changed it for cost savings, and added it back for '05. It probably won't be cheap though. It has a defroster built in, which is much more expensive.

I think the issue is where the window goes when it's down. There is a difference with the rear wall if I remember correctly.

If you find out any different, let us know.

I thought I read a little while back of someone having nissan install an 05 power window into their 04. I searched but now cannot find it. I remember them saying it cost around $1000 installed by the dealership. I also remember them saying it can be done in crew cabs, but not king cabs. Give the dealer a call.
