I've been through that plant before, it's an amazing place. Last I heard, they were spitting out one vehicle a minute.

A friend at work kiddingly busts my stones about being a Japanese truck owner. I said my truck is probably just as American made as his F250 seeing as many of Fords trucks are assembled in Canada.

i believe the only thing actually 'japanese' (besides the name!) is the tranny. everything else is made in us and assembled in canton miss.

so, like has been said above the titan is probably more 'american' (including supporting americans with work) than most of the other truck companies.

its sad that there is still so much prejudice in the truck market--it has the same stupidity as the color barriers of the 50's and 60's. ESPECIALLY when many of the beloved 'american' trucks outsource alot of their parts anyway!! oh well, somebody's gotta break the wall down!!!
