Some of you know that my wife and I run an offroad racing facility. Every year we hold a jump contest. Its very simple, there are 2 different hits and you can choose either one to try and get the farthest distance possible. We've been very fortunate that most guys jump without a hitch, but this guy wasnt so lucky. Here's a link to the video. http://www.prerunners.com/images/full_crash.mpg
This was at our event yesterday, the driver was fine and got himself out of the truck. The distance was a little over 143 feet and th etruck is over 700hp and about 4500 lbs.
THats in Rialto at our track. Maybe YOUR titan could handle it. ill post some pics soon of the other 40 trucks and buggies that didnt crash off that hit. Some well into the 120 feet range. There is actually a fire station on the other side of the airport (where we lease the land) and we put the fire out with our water truck about 30 sec after the video stopped. The 5 medics ( and everyone else) were all so focused on the driver before they grabbed the 3 fire extinguishers and the water truck rolled up. The fule pump was still running and just kept pumping gas. but we got it out with just the wiring and hoses burned.

I was just watching that on another web site with a friend. Looks like a fun ride, just glad it wasn't my truck. I like the part at the end of the video where the guy in the white tee shirt starts to run up and sees the fire and takes offffff, lol!!!
That looked NNAASSTTYY! I can't believe the driver didn't get hurt or at least appear rattled and got out so quickly. Then again fire's always a good motivator.

Good to hear. I always wondered what you, as the owner of the land, were liable/responsible for, in regards to off-road parks. Does everyone just sign a release or what?
