Newbie

Hello all, I am new to titan talk so go gentle on me. I ordered a new 2005 Titan KC SE 4x4 with pop pkg. Utility Pkg. Off Rd Pkg and Big Tow. I am flying down to Seattle on the 22nd from Alaska where I live to pick it up and drive it back. I probably would have bought here here in the state, but I have a 73 challenger in montana I have to tow up as well. So it'll be a great road trip, can't wait. I can see from other threads that I am going to have to get a Borla exhaust (thanks finnatic for the sound clips). I like the look of the Nitto Grappler's as well. The ideas are already flowin. Anyway, thanks for the forum. I will post some pics of the trip when I hit the ground runnin.

Welcome aboard LiveBig! Do a search on rear break-in and towing - Nissan has some recommendations to live by in that regard. Since I assume your driving from Seattle to Montana w/o towing, you're probably have 500 miles on the clock by the time you get there, but you may want to plan some extra time with the load to drive like a grandma for a day or so to condition the rear... Then again, you're load isn't that heavy either so maybe it won't matter as much.
