I have an 05 Titan LE 4X4 with Big Tow and was considering the PRG lift, front and back, keeping in mind that I want to add 20" rims with some big tires - maybe 305/45/20's I think. After seeing some pics of some 04's with 20" rims, I'm not sure it is really that necessary for me to do the lift - or am I wrong? The 05 Titan looks like it stands at least 2" taller or has that much more room above the tires. Am I seeing things? If I do the lift, I don't want to be too tall over the rim/tire and I do not want to sacrifice comfort or stability or possibly any warranty issues but I do want the higher aggressive look and comfortable clearance for larger tires. What do you guys think, are the 05 Titans height, stock, already enough? Thanks ahead of time!

Are there differences between the 4X4 and the 4X2, then? I had a friend who has a 4X2 LE who swears mine is taller by couple of inches.
Maybe about a half an inch. Greg's kit is available to 2.5" for 4x2's, but only 2" for 4x4's because there is a difference in the geometry. I only have the 1 3/4' and I'm not sure I could have done a 2" - at full droop My upper a-arm hits the shock bucket (just barely). (I think it's simply manufacture variation.)
At any rate, when Greg designed the kit he only had the 04 to work with. Plenty of folks have added it to their 05's

If you go out to the dealership, and look at a row of Titans, they sit at all sorts of heights regardless of model variation. I.e. you can see two 4x4's next to each other and one will be higher than the other. I am guessing some of it may have to do with options, Big Tow may put more weight on the back of the bed, and alter it a bit. But check it out for yourself next time you are at a dealership.
4X2s sit just under 2"s lower than 4X4 models (75.1 vs 76.7 for the CC. Subtract .1" for the KC)

Keep in mind that your comparison won't account for the 18" wheel/tires that are available on SE/LE 4x2s. When I installed 6-spoke LE wheels on my (2wd) XE, it sat alot higher than it did with the old 17" steel wheels/tires.
Don't all cars/trucks settle on their springs / shocks after awhile. At least alittle. Road used, offroad use, time, all tend to make them settle alittle I think. My truck always seems alittle higher when it comes off a garage lift, at least for alittle while.
