E-85 Prices

I just found out that here in Morgantown, West Virginia we have an E-85 refueling station that is open to the public. It is the only station in the WV and most of PA area. The only problem is that the E-85 is $2.41/gal, which is more than premium gas! They have to bring it in from the west which increases the cost. Hopefully the price will go down in this area soon as the new Titan I am getting is a FFV. Just thought I would share the info I recieved. If people from other areas know the prices of E-85 where they are, post them.

Wow, you would think the stuff would be cheaper if they want anyone to use it. It takes more alcohol than gas to run a typical engine. So you'll get worse mileage on that E-85 supposedly.

Yea, thats exactly what I thought. I think for right now its so expensive because its so new in this area. They sell to the Dept of Energy sites in Morgantown and Pittsburgh also. I work as an intern at the Morgantown site, but its only for govt vehicles . After a while the prices around here should come down less than regular gas. Or at least stay at a fixed price when the gas skyrockets!
