'05 Titan CC SE Lower on the left side

To start I want to let everyone know that I believe Titan's are the best trucks currently available. However I've run into several minor problems (one wheel was not round and needed to be replace, out of alignment on date purchased, needs new homelink system because signal is week...etc.) and one I believe to be pretty major. From the back of the truck it was leaning a good 1 1/2 inches lower than the right with the gas tank empty light on. The dealer told me it was the leaf spring and that they had to replace it. That was after they tried adjusting the torsion bars on the pickup. Has anyone else had this problem or any of the problems listed above? I'm also getting what feels to be a bumpy or bouncy ride at around 50 mph that I thought would correct itself with the new wheel but hasn't.
