Rattle in the emergency brake

This is another rattle I have noticed. It stops when you take your hand and hold the emegency brake pedal firm. Just wondering if anyone else has or had this problem and can it be fixed or what causes it?

I have so many rattles that come and go I dont even pay attention anymore. Most of mine come from the dash though. I have had a tingy rattle coming from that direction to. I think next time I hear it I will try to hold the emergency brake like you said and see.

Did you ever try it hellinut? I still have not had a chance to take mine to the dealer cuz we are kinda in a drought right now and its crunch time on our farm.

I did try it today and it did go ayaw but Im not sure if it was just luck because when I let go it didn't rattle any more so it may have been something else. You have a farm? Where?

In the Mississippi Delta, close to Cleveland, MS. We farm rice and soybeans. I have had 3 Fords and this is my first Nissan. I have become accustomed to rattles on a farm truck but I have to say my last Ford held up good. Maybe it was just luck, beside the little things I love the truck. I just wish I had got the off road 2wd package, I didnt know about it and my dealer failed to tell me about it.
