The 4x4 is a little higher than the 2x but I don't think it was by a lot. With the level kits you can get one for the 4x or 2x which lifts them up to the same height. If you go with a little taller spacer in the front and a block on the rear it will give you a little more cleareance. I have the same rims as Sammy and my 35s sit fine with the 3 inch lift/level type kit from NE, I just had to bend back a weld behind the front tires. Nothing a monkey and a hamer couldn't do with good aim. It scared me to think I was going to have to bend something but looking at it, it was only realy pushing it off to the inside so the tire didn't hit it. Greg also has worked up a way to get the front up and add a lift to the rear if I remember right.

If it does rub a little with out any lift or level kit I'll send you some pics of where I bent mine to clear the 35. It realy is easy to do and only takes about an hour, if you take your time.
