Cool Got another survey today

Got a survey today from a company called Strategic Vision. Inside the envelope was a crisp $1 bill. This was to entice me to fill out the eight page survey. Reading through the survey, I felt like I was taking some kind of psycology test. Questions were like "How do you think and feel about your new vehicle?" with responses to reflect your feelings such as "I feel a peace of mind about my new vehicle" or "There is a sense of self-esteem about my new vehicle". There is one page of the survey that deals with your satisfaction with specific aspects of the new vehicle. Ok but the rating system you have to use ranks from "A failure" to and I'm not kidding, "Delightful". Now isn't that special! Anyhow, I was wondering how many of you have received this particular survey and of those, how many actually returned it. I'm still undeceided but know that their $1 bill is going into my wallet!

Is $1 worth the time and effort for you to sit there and fill out 8 pages of info??? I think that might be below minimum wage!

I got my Nissan survey yesterday and gave my sales guy good remarks but slammed the manager. He deserved it. He was a "richard" during the negotiation

I got two survey, one from Nissan and one from JD Power, it's still sitting on my desk blank. I'm just waiting for my first oil change, my saleman say he would give me a free oil change for a "blank" survey form.

you can do whtever you want on your survey, but the scores only hurts the salesman. Sometimes they tie it their commissions.

My suggestion, hit the manager pver the head with a Wood bat(not red aluminum, like that fag in 'Be Cool") and take good care of your salesman.

Yeah, I didn't like to fight when I was a kid. Mainly because it was always that one guy and his four friends that wanted to kick my butt all at the same time.

Wanna boost their score, cause they don't trust the customer. LOL

I got the SV survey yesterday. The dollar bought a Diet Mt. Dew and the survey went into the trash. I did return the pre=paid envelope and thanked them for the Mt. Dew.

I did give all excellent - the part about the manager was in the "other comments" section - doubt it will ever get read

I got my Nissan survey a couple of weeks back, the salesman said if I brought it back they would give me $20 of gas.

I also have two surveys (JD Power and Nissan Service). I told my service department that I heard of others getting tanks of gas for their surveys, and I was flatly denied. They told me they would never attempt to bribe a customer even though I told them I wanted to be bribed. I couldn't give a #### what these surveys do the employees, I just wanted a free tank. They offered nothing. I even told them that my last service visit was not a very positive one. Oh well.
