Seatbelt Question

I have an 04 KC and yesterday I noticed the exposed bolt that holds the lower portion of the seatbelt to the passenger side rear door. You can see where the belt is anchored to as well as a wire that I'm sure is for signal purposes.

I can post a pic if you need but is this right or should there be a cover on it? I looked in the service manual and am not seeing anything that is suppoe to cover but being I am actually noticing it now is making me question it.

Pathetic it is taking me this long to actually recognize it.

Yes there is a cover for that, and its not held on very well and comes off really easily.

I bet it popped of if you slammed your door shut.
