Is the volant cold air intake worth it if i have a stock exhaust?

I have heard that it can kill your low end torque without after market exhaust. From what I have read...and I read alot on these things.....with both it really wakes up.

Best bang for the buck was a cold air induction. This question was asked in the performance thread and people reccommended air intake first, then worry about exhausting it all. Something like a Volant can add some power to an otherwise stock set-up.

Do these numbers hold any water? The only way you would know was if you dyno'd the truck in the same type weather at the same shop before and after.
