I purchased the gold preferred extended warranty and with it came the roadside assistance. Im not sure if you have to purchase a extended warranty to get roadside assistance. Best to call the dealsership you bought the truck from to get the answer.

I got the gold preferred too when i bought the truck. It was something he threw in at the end. You would know if you have it though because you have to sign something different, but in all that stack of papers, maybe you missed it. Hopefully we wont ever have to use it though!!

I'm not sure just what's considered ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE but, if you break down because of any covered part, your covered....including towing.
