Kingcab rear windows

Don't most kingcab trucks have the rear windows that kinda push out to let a little bit of air in? I was just thinking how its weird that us kingcab guys have no way to get air to the rear passengers at all. Well other than the sliding rear window, but its not that big. I think the kingcabs should have rear a/c vents and some kind of opening windows. Oh and the larger power rear window . Just thought I would share my thoughts.

I too have thought about this, because both my '86.5 and '95 Nissan Hardbodies had hinged side rear windows, and I used them a lot!

I agree, my hardbody has them why not my titan.

Incidently the first thing to every break on my hardbody was the latch for that window. but that was at ~130k miles

my buddies 2004 f150 KingCab has power rear door windows and power rear glass and a power sunroof. He likes to rub that in a lot. I guess it would be nice to have.

Wow, the F150 kingcab windows come all the way down? Or do you mean power hinged? Can you get a sunroof on the kincab titans or is it only on the crews (06 maybe)? That would be cool to have, I should look into an aftermarket one like some have done.

It would be cool to have those rear options. But look on the bright side we don't have to worry about wear n' tear on parts for the power windows

but that would be the only bright spot...lol

I had them on my 86.5 Hard Bod also, They were nice but I don't care that much about the rear windows in the KC. Although I did think about this AFTER I purchased the vehicle heh.

They don't open so they are harder to break into/force open.

The F150 needs roll down windows in the rear, look how tiny the front windows are, it's probably a safty issue.

wrenj1, you aint right
I've had my truck a year and a half and I don't think i've ever opened the back slider.
Course it's very seldom anyone rides back there anyway, that's what the wifies car is for [hauling people].
I guess I would use it if it had an electric opener on it.

I've owned my Titan since November and opened the rear slider once just to see that it indeed opened...

Ya, it would be nice to have the side windows open (and the electric slider), but heck, I ride in the pilot's seat, everyone else can suffer!

Ford puts the power windows on the F150 KC for entertainment. It gives the owner something to do while waiting for service at the dealer. Up... down... up... down...

I forgot it slides at all....When I've had people in the back, there's been no complaints about air, the A/C cools down the cab real good!
