Nissan v. GM, Ford and Chrysler

Here is a chart to ponder.

This represents the change in stock value of Nissan as compared to the "Big 3" since Nissan restructured and Carlos Gosn assumed control of management.

The chart would not upload, but hopefully you can read the link. If not, I'l try again.

Original post is fixed. Our site will not upload gif files, even though it says it will. I converted it to jpeg and it took it just fine.

Enjoy.

You will see that the value of Nissan has doubled in the last five years.

Ford lost 60%!

GM lost 40%.

Chrysler lost 20% of value.

Nissan management might just be doing something right.

Nissan had nowhere to go but up. There were just about like Mitsubishi -knocking on bankrupties door.

Watch Chrysler turn around just like Nissan now. They're finally back to releasing rear wheel drive cars with V8's and much like Nissan, they're launching high performance versions of every vehicle they sell.
I know Vector likes the older Chryslers (the older FWD ones that I hate ), but I think they just seem to be on fire. Cool styling, lots of power, and maybe even improved quality since the Mercedes merger.

Just kiddin' ya Vector!
