SWEET!

I've had my Titan for a week. Being the past owner of an '88 GMC Sierra, followed by three F-150's, I can say that you won't be sorry with your purchase!

Good luck.

'05 SE KC 4x4. RF w/ captians and utility bed. Red Alert. I havn't even seen it yet...had to do a dealer trade w/ a place about 250 mi. away to get what I wanted. I'm kinda hoping it has the Charcoal wheels, but then again, that might indicate that it hasn't had the brake fix...

My biggest dilemma is what to do about getting my Sirius hooked up. I have a Kenwood HU (didn't let the trade get away w/ that) and reciever, but don't want to make the steering wheel controls non-functional on a brand new truck. The dealer wanted over $600 to install the factory Sirius, and claimed it was his cost...retail over $700. Needless to say I told him to forget it.

Congrats!

After you get your Titan, you'll be set apart from all others and won't be Johnqpubluc anymore.

Worst part is that when I signed up for this forum last week, I had a typo and spelled johnqpublic wrong and didn't notice it until I couldn't log in!!! Now I'm stuck as johnqpubluc!

Congrats on the new truck, JohnQ. I hope to be in your shoes in the near future. For me, I cannot decide if I should wait for the '06s. Great color choice also.

Congrats!!! Had mine ('05 SE 4x2 Black Texas Titan Edition) for about a week now. I love it. I love the looks I get when driving down the road. This truck is a serious head turner. We truly are the few and the proud. The looks I get when I get in the gas from the Chevy/Ford guys is priceless.

Use the '06s to your advantage by going to the dealership now for an '05. My '05 SE CC Texas Titan Edition was stickered at 30,991. They didn't have the color I wanted and wasn't getting any more '05s in due to the '06s coming soon. Because of that, and a whole bunch of haggling, I got my brand new '05 for $22,621

Lucky Ducky,
Welcome to the best feeling in the world!! Well, make that the second best feeling in the world ;-) certainly in the top ten; well, whatever.
Enjoy it while you can, it's all payments and depreciation from here on. You can renew the good feeling with lots of expensive mods
T Rex

Ray,
I Pm'd you yesterday. Can you give us the specific numbers on your purchase? I go to the dealer today and your numbers would help tremendously.

Thanks

I saw the prices on the 05 and OUCH... I got a pretty good deal on mine long time ago if I compare it now...

I saw 2005, SE KC 4x4 for $29,750 with some small options but my LE with all the options came out to 29k also... non 2x4 though..
