when i got my truck last night it had to be delivered from another dealer. when it got there it was on empty.

of course the salesman and i went to fill it up, on nissan of course, and it was a little over $60.

damn glad i dont have to fill it up for a while. i traded in my civic and i though paying $25 to fill up that 10 gallon tank was bad...geez!!

Think about the bright side.....

Gas and oil companies are making record profits..... AND they say by winter that the price of gas will go down, of course the price of natural gas will go up. Thanks Bush

In Mass we are averaging 2.65 per gal of 87 oct. You would figure the President would do something to offset the cost. He is just collecting off of it. Wait a minute, use our Federal Tax money to offset the cost. Oh no, that means it would take away from Foreign Aid and the Welfare. We couldn't have that.

Good news, it's still (only) $2.75 here in corn country -- that's 2 days in a row without an increase. I think we're on a roll...

It went up to $2.65 here in WV also. Just a week ago it was like $2.15 and then it just shot up all of a sudden. I also agree it will go down soon. It won't be cheap still but I would be happy with $2.10. Or at $2.00 I would never complain about gas again. I need to put a block of wood behind the gas pedal so I can't push it down as far . Shoot thats not a bad idea, I'll sell it on ebay as the "Gas Saving Brick". Made of space age technology, will give you 50% better mileage, haha. Did anybody read the new issus of Popular Mechanics. Funny article about all these gas saving things. Basically showed their all a bunch of crap, some even gave worse mileage and performance and had potential to ruin an engine!

I just stay above 1/2 tank. That way, I only spend $30 twice a week, instead of $60 once a week!!

I'm feeding the Titan 87 octane only!
I have been using this web site a lot - http://www.gasbuddy.com/
I put in 23 some gallons last night at $2.479 for just under $60.
Other gas stations in the area are in the $2.50 to $2.70 range for regular.
I do not drive out of my way to get cheap gas, but as I live in the country and work downtown there are a number of ways I can go home at night.
