well, I have a discontinued color...great...in 4-5 years there will be a color deduction on the trade in...
Phlydude, you can rush out and trade now b/f the word gets out. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Or hold out and say they were limited edition models and convience the buyer they will have the only one around for 1000 miles.... LOL

the only reason I settled on Canteen was because I couldn't find Deepwater in the options I wanted. I guess all colors will come and go eventually aside from Black and White and some variation of bright red

I do Blu, do you?
on my 1st new car (POS '97 Dodge Stratus) when I traded it in, there was a $27 color deduction. Mind you that this was a black car with a decent finish for being 4.5 yrs old and having 80k miles on it. They are schemers aren't they?

this is just my opinion but that was the ugliest color i have seen on the Titans
Uglier than copper?

Hell no, it'll be an add for the rarity factor.

That was our first pick but was a hard one to find with what options we wanted. I thought the color looked great. We settled for our 2nd option....red brawn. I've never been a fan of plain silver, black or white.
Gotta have some personality!
Each their own I guess.

It'll make it rarer and more valuable IMO...
I think they did a great job with the color choices and the new blue rocks.
I had a deep Red Nissan Titan otherwise I would have considered the Red Brawn...
and the only vehicle around that had the options I wanted was Radiant Silver so I'm like everyone else...although I am going to see about getting a two-tone paint job in the new blue at the end of the year.

Hate to break it to you guys but I doubt you will ever see a 'Collector' Titan. These cars made today are throw away cars and will never be worth anything like the cars of old made through the 60's ect

Canteen was a requirement for me to buy. It had to be canteen, had to be XE (no chrome), had to have the off road package. When they found one that met those requirements, I bought. As it turned out, it had a preferred package or something that got me some power goodies and a drop in bedliner. I've seen some canteen trucks around here with all the chrome and they are pretty hideous.
Canteen is a great color, I think it's very appropriate for the Titan- really emphasizes the ruggedness of the truck. I would have got it but settled on smoke.
