Finally got her tinted

Hey all-

Finally got the Titan tinted. Just did the front windows to match the factory tint. They used 20% and it came out great. Here's a pic, you can't tell that it matches well, but it does if you are looking at it straight on. The pic was taken at a bit of an angle.

On a side note look at the tires. You used to not be able to tell that the writing was even white, but on the advice of some here I used simple green and a tire brush and they came out awesome. You should have seen all the greasy dark crud that came off them when I rinsed. I highly recommend you do this at least once.

nice, i'm about to get my crew cab tinted on wednesday. i'm adding 35% all the way around. i was concerned about the tint matching if i just did the front doors so i want to make the back darker than the front so it doesn't even look close.

Wow, that looks real sleek with your black truck!

I had never put much thought into getting front window tint, but on my new Titan I really notice how wide and tall the front side windows are: I feel like I'm in a greenhouse sometimes!

One problem is that out here in California the fuzz is liable to pull you over and give you a ticket for having front or front-side window tint. I do see a lot of cars and trucks with it, anyway, but I don't need the potential grief.

Jason your truck looks amazing, very dark.

I really, really, really want to tint-match my front windows but I'm nervous after reading all these threads about the tint scratching due to the rubber inner liner.
