Yes Perfect! Thanks for quick response and additional info.

The throttle body code was my error I took it off and cleaned it and started truck with it unplugged. So I'm cool with that.

Dealer replace A/F Sensor 1 due to code 1271/1272 last week. I assume these codes also point to A/F sensor 1?

Hmmmm...thinking injectors/pressure???

I also seem to be getting very POOR gas mileage right now...This tank of gas I have 186mi and little over 1/4 tank left...I only raced 3 times last night and the rest standard city driving. I should be get'n 14+ but thwe last two tanks have been 13.2-13.6

So with this tank it's likely got to be 10mpg

I was happy to have been gettin 13 when I got it (prior to my dad passing away and having to drive 20mi round trip to visit him everyday). Now that I drive mainly around town (to work 1/4 mi away for 1 mile a day) and fill up every 2 wks rather than once a week, I'm lucky if I get 10.5. 186 mil isn't uncommon for me around 1/4 tank left now. When I was still driving to my dads everyday, I had around 210 at 1/4 mark (70 miles per 1/4 tank).

Not sure what a UNICHIP is but, since there are no acceptable chip mods currently available for the 5.6, my bet is that may have something to do with your troubles.

Thanks Joe.

I have been running the Unichip for 2mths now and only added a Fram Air Hog a few weeks ago. I think it is associated to the air filter as the lights appeared durin this change. But I'm just guessing at this point.

Tomorrow I'm going to go through the reset ECU proceedure and see what happens. Meanwhile the dealer has some parts on order so they will see it again soon.

What is the UNICHIP and what does it do?

Dealer confirmed SES P01283

Got my truck back yesterday dealer says the error code was 1283. So they checked and replaced the O2 sensor due to "bad signal".

So now I have had the dealer replace two O2 sensors within two weeks. We will see how long they last this time.

You need to change your S/N to "O2 Sensor Killa"

I think the O2 killer was the lucas injector cleaner as I poured into a half tank may have been a little too concentrated plus the Fram AIR HOG together may have been too much for ECU. Had the simuliar thing happen on my 2001 Tundra after using fuel cleaning product. Could be coincidence, could be Nissan parts or could be Unichip. Time will tell.

Need to dyno again to see if I lost/gain power after new O2's and the air box snout mod. Love that extra grunt from the front.

Some people can screw anything up. This is a truck not a race car. It is built to haul and tow. It does both better than other trucks. It is a fun truck to drive, I enjoy mine. Some on here have done some mods without causing the "check engine light" to come on. Some mods can void the warrenty.
