New pics of front 2", rear Deaver springs/bilsteins

Well I did these modifications back in late July and just got around to snapping some photos:

Looks great.

I just added the PRG 2/1 minilift. It looks so good, I'm not sure why I would upgrade to the rear Deavers/Bilsteins. Would it be for a little better ride and about 1/2 inch higher rear lift?

Do you have blocks in the rear also or just the leafs? Reason I ask is because that looks like more than the 1.25" rear lift PRG advertises. BTW truck looks great and sure sits up high!!

Nope, no blocks, just the Deaver springs. It actually works out very well! Rides GREAT, and I can have 900lbs on the tongue and it sits JUST below level.

I think the springs gave me a bit over 2" lift.

Wow well that is certainly more lift than I thought they provided.. eitherway I think I'm going to go with PRG spacers up from and the Deaver leafs in the back like you.. I'm just not a big fan of blocks, and the leafs are so reasonably priced. Bilsteins are pricey but from what I hear they are amazing. Time to start saving up.

The Bilsteins are GREAT. The Deaver springs are GREAT. The PRG front spacers are GREAT.

Noticing a pattern here? It does have a rake to it... but I'll be damned if it doesn't ride really nice, AND it seems to be able to take more load than before! No more axle wrap... and I don't have to run BLOCKS (ugh!).

Hey JayDee, your Titan looks, well... GREAT.

If you want to loose any of the rake or you're into prerunning, you can add the PRG lowering shackles, (they're much more heavy duty than the stock ones, and make the rear lift about half of the PRG/Deaver overload leaf spring upgrade, alone).
3-3.5" Performance Lift On The Way

I think I'll keep the rake, as I do tow quite a bit, and I think with a little more of the HEAVY trailering I can get the springs to settle in a bit more. Now it just needs some bigger tires... but I think I'll wait till the GoodYears are begging for replacement (money's tight right now).

I have seen Greg's shackles... they're pure BEEF!

looks great JayDee!! i've had the 2.5" PRGs on for almost a year and everyday i tell myself how much better it looks than a titan w/o them! however, one must remember that they aren't just purely for looks! the ride is considerably better than stock and from my experience with the PRGs on, my titan does not bottom out like it used to on dips. the deavers will soften the rear a bit, add about 1.5" of lift and allow you to use bilsteins in the rear which soak up much better than OEM shocks. so for around 500 bones you can seriously enhance the ride of the titan!!

I just wanted to point out that, a least with the 4x4 off-road pkg., the Bilsteins work without any rear lift, (I do plan to lift after the front gets their Donahoe coil-overs and Total Chaos upper a-arms).

I've run mine hard and they are doing fine. I've took them out to Prairie City and did some hill climbing and mild prerunning today and they were definitely an improvement over stock, (I've had the Rancho OEMs out there twice too).

I think my next venture will be with TIRES. I would love to put some really nice coilovers on, but budget won't allow. I would like to see something a BIT taller than the 285/65/18 BFGs though. Something like a 285/70/18 would be GREAT.

Your truck looks GREAT !!!!! I wouldn't change a thing. I like the small amount of "rake." and it will help while pulling a trailer.
