Titan rear end swap

Currently have Nissan Titan 2005 SE, I do not have the big tow package or off road package. I would like information on how to get my hands on the complete rear end assembly from either the big tow or the off road package, without going through a dealer.....dealer price is 3200. Any help or advice? Thanks in advance.

They have wrecked Titans on E-Bay everynow and then. That might be your best/cheapest bet.

Check with a bone yard(junkyard) like LKQ most of them if they don't have one can locate and get it for you and I'm sure they're out there as LKQ has some leather captains chairs listed on ebay.

If your truck didn't come with the ABLS system i would see if you can wire it to the truck. The rearend is attached electronicly and that might be an issue.

Might want to look at a nice rear end from Curry or Dynatrack. I think they will be stronger anyway.

yeah, for what its gonna cost to put in that diff, you could have a sweet dynatrac 60 built that will blow away the factory d44 and you can pick any diff and gear ration you want.

This may sound painfully obvious, but don't forget you have to do the front gears too if you have a 4x4.

If you change the ratio the speedometer won't read correctly, and at this time there is no way to correct that.
