Bought a Titan last night, just saying HI

Well after a crazy day of talking to 5 different dealership, I finally bought my truck. Ending up getting the price I wanted at one dealer, but they didn't have the color I really wanted. So I called all the other dealers in the area, found the color I wanted, and got the price I needed all over the phone.

So anway, I purchased a 05 XE King 4x2 with just the basics of floor mats and bedliner. Paid $17,645 for the truck ($24080 MSRP), $19600 after taxes etc. No trade. Hope I got a good deal.

Just wanted to say hi to everyone, this seems like a great board.

Welcome!!! It's well known that XE, KC's are the fastest of the Titan's. We all have the same motor and tranny, but without all that extra weight, the base level trucks move down the road the quickest!!!

At $3+ a gallon I am surprised that they can even sell any trucks. I suppose that's why you got such a good deal. Good luck.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. Gas is going to suck, but with my job I just can't go without a full size truck.
