Stake pockets?

I want to use the stake pockets on the box . Are there caps over the openings? Or do I have to cut on the line with a utility knife? Thats what it looks like to me.

Thanks for your time and help!

stake pocket cutouts

Pee Wee! I made the mistake of cutting on the lines.Stake pockets are actually smaller than the cutouts.Drill a 1/4" hole in the center of cutout & trim opening with a utilty knife/dremel tool or other weapon of choice.Iruined a rail cap installing my Putco bed rails by cutting on the lines.Putco ends did not cover the cut out opening.

If you mess them up, replacements are cheap. I have a set sitting in my garage so that I can replace them when they get trashed.
