No. As long as all the sensors are in place, you're good to go. be careful though, some of those aftermarket filters oil can coat the MAF sensor and make a real mess. Don't over oil them and change your engine oil and oil filter more often because these high flow filters let more dirt through than a regular filter does.

No. Don't confuse voided warranty with being denied warranty coverage on certain parts. On anything aftermarket, Nissan (through your dealer) might deny warranty coverage if they can prove that your mods directly resulted in failure of the warrantied parts.
Easy example:
You replace your factory brake pads and rotors with aftermarket ones you bought off E-bay = Nissan no longer has to honor their warranty on brake pads and rotors. Why should they? You removed their factory parts.
Less easy example:
You remove factory amp for stereo and replace with higher quality amp of same wattage. You wire it in correctly. Weeks later, stereo goes up in smoke. Is it your fault, or a problem related to stock unit? You'll have to argue this one with Nissan and dealer.
Tough example:
You lift truck and replace stock rims and tires with 18's and mondo, 37" tires. Drive train shows wear, front brakes show wear and rear diff blows. Dealer may claim that more weight on drive train caused failures. Most dealers won't argue this too much, but if they do, you may have a long road ahead.
Last two aren't all that different except for cost. Drive train and brakes cost a lot more than does a cheap, factory stereo.
Regards,
John

intake won't void your factory warranty unless something closely connected to this part needs to be fixed. You then have to hope they don't argue the point about the intake becoming the sole cause of this problem.

I think that summed up warranty worries about as well as anyone can.
If you are worried about the Intake and warranty just put the factory intake back before bringing it in for work. Had a friend of mine with a camaro ss that burnt a piston because he sprayed to much nitrous on the car. Took the nitrous kit off and told the dealer he was on the way home from vacation, had been driving for hours and the car started runing bad. He got a new motor.

I've also been concerned about this. My dealer says that if I get an intake, they won't cover any MAF issues. At all. Also, if there is engine trouble, they will place blame on the intake. Nice guys, huh? Anyway, I'm now interested in the new AEM intake with the dry flow filter. I think that would be an easy argument for me to make if I need to bring my truck in for something. They always blame it on the oil, so no oil = no blame. I hope.
