Hey guys..Hurricane Rina is coming to Texas prob

My dad and I have been discussing the whole day about what to do if Rina comes this weekend to Texas. We decided that we will take my Titan and my mom's Sequoia and leave the Tundra and my other bro's car behind. I seriously hope it doesn't hit Texas but it seems most likely it will. I live in Beaumont, Texas which is sort of near the coast so we're not taking any chances if this Hurricane develops. Just want everyone to wish me luck and other Titan owners in another soon to become disaster

Beaumont, Texas is pretty much where that dot is in Texas

Go north.

Tranman409-go north.Buy some gas cans early-put some gas stabilizer in them, and fill them up.Folks will be crowding gas stations and there could be lines-shortages-etc.
The storm is a long way off;fair chance it will go somewhere else(not that anyone wishes it on someone else).I sure hope it manages to miss New Orleans by a lot.
We had planned to leave here-Flagstaff,AZ-Friday am planning to be home in Jefferson parish-4 miles from New Orleans- by Sat evening. We were going to take a southern route home-I-10 all the way-Phoenix-El paso -San Antonio-Houston-then 350 more miles to home.Looks like driving thru Tx on Friday and Saturday will be impossible.
Guess we'll be here a bit longer.
Good luck.Leave early-middle of night usually has the least traffic.Hope it works out OK.Charlie
